MANUFACTURING CAPABILITY
The production line is equipped with machines covering gantry CNC, profile CNC, friction stir welding machine, TIG, MIG, CMT robot welding workstation and CMM. Ability to manufacture lightweight aluminum structure for EIC system and automobile body parts and assemblies of new energy vehicle. Typical products are lightweight aluminum-extrusion structure for power battery system and automobile body, lightweight structure of mixed material, liquid cooling system and smart controller for thermal management system.
